2. Design consultation and free mockup (3 to 5 working days)

We talk through the vibe of your place, your colours, your message and your song. Then we send a free design mockup with your logo on the box.

3. Review and approve

Look over the mockups and proofs and ask for revisions until you are happy. Nothing goes into production until you approve.

4. Testing (2 to 3 working days)

We test the design and the sound, then send photo and video previews so you can see and hear it before your order is made.

5. Production (3 days to 4 weeks)

Your order is made, with timing depending on volume. We keep you updated along the way.

6. Delivery (1 to 2 weeks)

Your boxes arrive in our standard white box, a black gift box or branded packaging, delivered anywhere in the world.

As a guide: design 3 to 5 working days, testing 2 to 3 working days, production from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on volume, and shipping 1 to 2 weeks. These are estimates. Actual timing depends on the complexity of the design, how quickly you review, and how many revisions you need.
