Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard production is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, plus delivery time. For 100+ units and bespoke designs, allow 4–6 weeks. Rush timelines may be possible — contact us on WhatsApp to discuss.

Can I choose any song I want?

Yes - for our compact music boxes. For hand-crank and wind-up music boxes, you will choose from our library of songs that have been adapted for music box mechanisms.

What personalisation options are available?

Each box can be personalised with: your names, your wedding date, a short message or phrase, your chosen song from our library, and your choice of ribbon or packaging colour. For orders of 25+ boxes, a bespoke custom design (engraving pattern adapted to your wedding theme) is available as an add-on.

How does the free video preview work?

Before we dispatch your order, we film one completed box playing your song and send you the video for approval. If you'd like any changes to the personalisation, we'll make them at no extra charge. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

What are the boxes made from?

Our music boxes are made from high-quality plywood or walnut, with a smooth lacquered finish. The internal mechanism is precision-engineered for clear, consistent sound. All materials are selected for longevity — these are keepsakes built to last decades, not disposable favours.

What's the difference between hand-crank and wind-up boxes?

A hand-crank music box plays when you turn the handle — giving guests an interactive, playful experience. A wind-up music box uses a key-wind mechanism: wind it up and the melody plays automatically. Both produce beautiful sound; the choice is largely down to the experience you want to create.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order for the wedding collection is 10 boxes. Volume pricing starts at 10–24 units and improves significantly at 25+ and 100+. There is no upper limit — we regularly fulfil orders of 200–300 boxes for large weddings and events.

Do you work with wedding planners?

Yes — a significant portion of our orders come through wedding planners. We're happy to accommodate multi-couple ordering, invoice on account terms, and provide samples ahead of client presentations. Get in touch to discuss a planner partnership.
