Our Hand-Crank and Wind-up music boxes feature a carefully curated library of popular melodies — timeless classics, lullabies, and well-loved pieces that suit most occasions. You choose from the list when you order.

Can I customise the message?

Yes. All of our collections support personalised messages to varying degrees — from short engraved lines to fully bespoke inscriptions on our luxury range. When placing your order, simply enter your wording in the personalisation field on the product page.

If you'd like something a little unconventional — a quote, a set of coordinates, a lyric — drop us a message and we'll let you know what's possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Need it by a specific date? Please get in touch before ordering and we'll always be honest about what's achievable.

Usually, 1-2 weeks from the date of dispatch. Personalised and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time before dispatch.

Yes, our standard packaging is ready to gift! Unless you tell us not to, we will pack every Enchanted Music Box in presentation-ready, in protective packaging that does justice to what's inside.

How long will my music box last?

All our music boxes are built to last for many years to come. Smaller music boxes (hand-crank and wind-up) should last a lifetime if they're well looked after. Luxury music boxes are designed to last even longer than that.
