Returns & Warranty

We want you to love your Enchanted Music Box. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Warranty

Every music box is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including issues with the mechanism, materials, or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or normal wear and tear.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with photos and your order number, and we'll be happy to help.

Keep the mechanism free of jewellery tangles — remove items before winding/playing

One full wind generally plays for up to 3-4 minutes before needing rewinding.

Does it need batteries?

No — this is a fully mechanical, custom-built metal mechanism with no batteries or charging required.

How do I play it?

Wind the mechanism using the key, then let it play automatically as it unwinds. Use the Start-Stop button to stop the music box playing after it was winded.
